A town hall on homelessness Monday night at City Hall did less to bridge the differences concerning a month-old city feeding ordinance than to show how wide a gap exists between the sides. The one item of agreement was the need to coordinate the efforts of groups feeding the homeless, but there was little consensus on who should do that.
